This is the story of [Hyakki Yakou] a brand project by OBE that chronicles the company’s journey from Ehime to every corner of Japan, and ultimately, to the world.

「百鬼夜行」は、おべ工業が地元愛媛から全国、そして世界へ挑戦する想いを形にしたプロジェクトです。妖怪に化けたクレーンたちが描かれたビジュアルは、愛媛を出発し、京都・大阪・名古屋・東京へと、西から東へ各主要駅を巡ります。
この進軍は、おべ工業が未来へ向かって歩み続ける姿そのもの。
巨大なクレーンが持つ圧倒的な存在感と、日本古来より語り継がれる「百鬼夜行」の世界観を融合させ、「そのクレーン、化け物級。」というブランドコンセプトを、日本列島を舞台に表現します。

The [Hyakki Yakou] Project is a brand initiative that embodies OBE’s determination to grow beyond its home in Ehime and take on new challenges across Japan and eventually, the world.Featuring giant cranes reimagined as legendary yōkai, the campaign begins in Ehime before marching east through Kyoto, Osaka, Nagoya, and Tokyo.
Each destination marks another step forward in OBE’s journey toward the future.
By combining the commanding presence of giant cranes with the timeless legend of Hyakki Yakou, the project brings our brand concept to life across the Japanese archipelago:
“That Crane is Beast-Level.”

巨大なクレーンは、街に現れた瞬間、多くの人の視線を集めます。その圧倒的な存在感や迫力は、人々に驚きや畏怖、そして感動を与えます。一方、日本には古くから「百鬼夜行」という、数多の妖怪たちが列をなして進む伝承があります。
見る者を圧倒し、人々の記憶に残るその世界観は、おべ工業が生み出すクレーンの姿とどこか重なります。だからこそ、巨大なクレーンを妖怪へと”化けさせる”ことで、
おべ工業にしか描けないブランドストーリーが生まれました。本プロジェクトは、愛媛から全国へ、そして世界へ。新たな挑戦へ踏み出すおべ工業の決意を象徴するプロジェクトです。
